Aufgaben

Your Responsibilities:

  • Efficiency Optimization: Identifying and implementing concrete measures to increase efficiency in day-to-day operations.
  • Process Management: Driving the continuous development, standardization, and digitalization of operative end-to-end processes; optimizing recurring workflows and implementing AI solutions.
  • Quality & Support: Controlling quality assurance and ensuring the structured processing of customer inquiries.
  • Reporting: Creating reports, analyses, and KPI evaluations to steer and manage the team.
  • Digital Tools: Active use of CRM and AI tools within the daily operational routine.
  • Accounts Receivable: Managing and controlling accounts receivable, including monitoring open items and incoming payments.
  • Invoicing: Overseeing the controlling and dispatch of invoices.
  • Asset Management: Taking full responsibility for fleet management and the administration of camera equipment.
  • Multilingual Correspondence: Handling correspondence in German, French, and Italian.
  • Collaboration: Working in close cooperation with the Sales department.


Job Anforderungen

Job Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education (HF) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Initial professional experience in Administration, Finance, Operations, or Customer Service is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in implementing projects and processes (mandatory: CRM, automation, and AI tools).
  • Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Conversational proficiency in Italian and French is mandatory.
  • A versatile "all-rounder" personality with a strong hands-on mentality.
  • High level of initiative, energy, and resilience.
  • Ability to independently take on leadership responsibilities while actively supporting brokers from the back office.
