Aufgaben

  • Processing the uploading/activation of new real estate listings
  • Processing rental applications / reference checks
  • Assistance with accounts receivable management and mail services
  • Quality checks and customer recovery/retention
  • Correspondence in German / Italian / French
  • Close collaboration with the Marketing Department

Job Anforderungen

  • Commercial vocational training/apprenticeship (Kaufmännische Grundausbildung) is advantageous
  • Several years of experience in a commercial field is mandatory/essential
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Good knowledge of MS Office is required
  • Fluent and impeccable German is mandatory/essential
  • Additional languages such as French and Italian are mandatory/essential
  • Flexible, resilient, eager to learn, and motivated personality
  • Independent and structured way of working
