About the role

We are hiring a senior, technically strong Product Owner to drive AI and automation across our Salesforce-based Service Portal and operations landscape.

Our Operations teams use this platform to enable the success of our sales organization. In this role, you will modernize how these teams work by redesigning workflows and embedding AI-driven automation into their daily processes.

This role combines Product Ownership with hands-on implementation. You will identify inefficiencies and independently build scalable automation solutions using n8n and Google Workspace Studio (Gemini).

Where deeper CRM development is required, you will define requirements and collaborate closely with Salesforce engineers to deliver scalable platform improvements.

This is a hands-on role. You will design, build, and deploy automation workflows while ensuring high-impact delivery, and lead AI adoption by defining standards and scaling automation as a core capability.
