Properti is redefining how Switzerland buys and sells real estate. We pair certified local agents who know their markets street by street with a data-driven platform that removes the guesswork from every decision. And we do it all with a commitment to transparency that our clients feel at every step — no hidden agendas, no inflated promises, just clear, honest guidance.
This isn't just another sales seat. As an Inside Sales Agent, you're the first human touchpoint in a client's real estate journey — the person who turns a passing interest into a relationship of trust. You'll build the foundation of Properti's growth engine, work shoulder to shoulder with experienced agents, and gain a rare, ground-floor view of how a modern proptech company scales. For the right person, it's a launchpad into a long-term career in sales, consulting, or real estate.
